FUE Method

FUE Hair Transplant – Natural Results Without Scars

FUE is the most advanced hair transplantation technique, involving the precise extraction of individual hair follicles from the donor area (the back of the head) and their manual implantation into thinning or balding areas, known as the recipient site.

The procedure takes up to 10 hours and is performed by an experienced doctor working with a dedicated medical team. Following precisely crafted incisions, the grafts are implanted manually, guaranteeing maximum precision and a completely natural hair growth direction.

Initial results become visible after 3 months. You will achieve 50% of the results at the 6-month mark, with the full, final effect visible 12 months after the procedure.

Upload your photos and complete a short medical questionnaire, which will be thoroughly analyzed by our doctor. Our Patient Manager will then contact you to answer all your questions and schedule an in-person consultation.

Consultation

Meet with our medical specialist at our clinic in Gdańsk. This includes a detailed assessment of your scalp condition, a medical history review, and establishing a tailored treatment plan. You will learn everything about the procedure, expected results, and post-operative care. No pressure, no hidden costs – just an honest assessment.

Procedure

The FUE procedure takes up to 10 hours. It involves manual graft implantation, preceded by meticulously executed incisions. During the day, you will have a lunch break and opportunities for short breaks to stretch. We make every effort to ensure the procedure goes smoothly with minimal downtime.

Post-operative Support

Comprehensive aftercare for 12 months. This features regular monitoring via progress photos and follow-up visits at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. We also provide regenerative treatments like PRP (platelet-rich plasma) to support healing. About 50% of the result is visible after 6 months, with the full outcome achieved at 12 months. I am a medical doctor specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss, as well as performing FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) hair transplant procedures. In my work, I combine procedural precision with thorough medical evaluation, focusing on achieving natural, long-lasting, and predictable results.

I begin every treatment process with a detailed consultation and a trichoscopic examination (analysis of the scalp and hair follicles), which allows us to identify the root cause of hair loss and plan the optimal therapeutic strategy. I view hair transplantation as part of a broader, comprehensive approach – which also includes conservative treatment, pharmacotherapy, and supportive treatments designed to regenerate the scalp.

Professionally, I specialize in hair transplantation, having gained my extensive experience through years of practice in leading clinics across Poland and abroad. This international background allowed me to develop a comprehensive spectrum of professional approaches and techniques in this unique field. I see my work not just as a branch of medicine, but also as an artistic outlet and a true passion that I continuously refine.

Co-founder • Patient Manager

A graduate of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, I have been dedicated to hair transplantation since 2009, starting my professional journey in clinics on Harley Street in London. From 2011, I continued to develop my expertise in Belgium, working alongside world-renowned doctors in the field, including Dr. C. Bisanga, Dr. E. Lupanzula, and Dr. J. Devroye. I bring extensive experience in FUE, FUT, and BHT methods, as well as various graft implantation techniques (manual, Choi/DHI, KEEP, Devroye). Based in Poland since 2019, I collaborate with clinics both locally and internationally, ensuring the highest medical standards and providing comprehensive, end-to-end support for our patients before and after surgery. A true industry veteran, my work is undisputedly my greatest passion.
